Maurizio Mensi is Full Professor of Law & Economics at Italian National School of Administration and teaches Information and Communications Law at Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome, where he is responsible of a research center on cyber law, particularly focused on data privacy, cyber security, media and telecommunications. Former member of the Legal Service of the European Commission, he is attorney qualified before the Italian Supreme Court and TAIEX expert, advising local governments to improve their legislation and draft recommendations on economic governance. He is also author of numerous publications (articles and books) on telecommunications, media, competition, public procurement.
